Reflection- Self-Examine Goals

My original 30-day goals that I wanted to achieve in GLPS were to go through GLPS getting green cards, getting awards at GLPS, and to study hard for debate and writing class in GLPS. However, what I really achieved in here is learning that there is a place in Korea that is not yet polluted. I also learned many things such as how to blog write, do archery, yoga, and I was also able to improve my skills in golf, debate and presentation. My original goals were focused on getting awards. However, by going through this camp, I learned that the experiences are more important than awards. One of my original goal was achieved which was studying hard for debate and writing class. I got a lot of green cards in debate class and I tried my best to post my blog assignments on time. I did get a lot of green cards as well but I got some EOPs which caused my first and second goal to fail. However I think the third goal that I achieved is more valuable than any other goals and the fact that I had many experiences such as learning archery, blog writing, and yoga; I think I was able to achieve more things than I planned.

  1. Minjoong, your reflection on the camp is well written looking at your overall experience of your time at the camp and realizing that the experience is more important than awards. Well written and illustrated. I am glad you enjoyed the camp and keep up the good work and remember you can stay in touch with your class mates and teachers via blogging ...... Was a pleasure to have you in my class. All the best.
